Once of the most gorgeous patches we’ve seen on this dual window card from Upper Deck. The Ultimate Collection was the first set to bring some amazing patch cards to the card market. We love the design of these cards with the dual slanted windows and the sepia tone background. These cards were also produced while the players were still active in the NBA, making them a bit more special as well.
This particular card has a gorgeous 3-color patch from Shaq’s Laker’s Jersey.

This is a gorgeous pull from the 2012-13 Panini Immaculate Collection. Reminiscent of the Upper Deck Exquisite Collection limite logos, this card has a HUGE patch, and bold blue autograph from Vince Carter.

While many of the Exquisite PRIME patches are amazing, this extremely rare patch features the eye of the Timberwolves logo from Kevin Garnett’s Game Used Jersey!

A very rare and extremely collectible dual patch card featuring Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. This card came out of Upper Deck Ultimate, and is limited to only 40. It features an amazing Kobe Patch, and a white letter patch from Lebron’s jersey.
A very rare patch from one of the NBA’s greatest players, Hakeem Olajuwon. Hakeem signed right on the patch piece instead of on the card – something he did on all of the cards in this series. His signature is very bold on this card, and is not squished like it is on many as he had a large space to sign on.
Exquisite remains one of the most sought after sets of all time. Their cards, the patches, autographs and single set limitations all make them very desirable.
This redemption-only card is a rarety as Patrick Ewing is hardly ever seen in autographed cards and has very few jersey cards in general, and until recently almost no patches! This particular card has one of the best autographs out of the entire lot (Judge for yourself, as you can see photos of each and every card made on Leaf’s official site here). Ewing’s autograph is often very rushed and illegible. This one has a very distinct “Pat” and “Eg” that is harder to make out on many of the others.
This card also has great patch, showing both the blue jersey and the orange and white patch. Many of these cards came with a swatch of the arm band, so this is definitely a step up!
On top of the qualities of the card itself, we are also excited to note that this Jersey looks to have been worn during the NBA Finals! The unique gold NBA logo is seen on 2 of the patches in the #/5 set, a styled logo that to the best of our knowledge was only used during the finals (the standard red, white and blue logo was used throughout the rest of the season).
