FAQs

The following are the answers to our most frequently asked questions:

  1. How do I purchase one of the cards on your site?
If you are in the U.S. just click the link on the item page that asks if you are interested in the item. Fill out the form and include your best offer for the card. We’ll be in touch with everyone that makes a serious offer.
  2. Do you only do deals with people in the United States?
Yes. At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the U.S.
  3. How long do you take offers on the items?
We take offers until we receive an offer within our accepted range for the item value. Once we receive an offer in this range we will be in touch to complete a deal. The accepted range is undisclosed to the public – it is a range of prices that takes into consideration selling history and overall rarity of the item. Learn more about offers by clicking here.
  4. How do I know what to offer?
You should offer what you are comfortable paying for the item. Many of the cards we post on the site include rare patches or are extremely limited, so they naturally carry high values. Learn more about offers by clicking here.
  5. Do you have more cards that what I see on the site?
Yes! A lot more. If you are looking for something in particular (player, set, etc.) you should contact us at info {at} nbatrader.com.
  6. Do you have any low-end cards ($1-$20 cards)?
Yes! We have an entire collection of low end cards that are just too time consuming to photograph and list on the site. The best place to buy or trade for them is at a show. If you are looking for a certain player or type of card email us and we can see if we can photograph a bunch of them and put together a custom package for you.
  7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal from verified accounts and money orders.
  8. Where are you located? Can I visit your location to see more?
We are located in the Greater New York City area. We do not have a storefront, but we do come out to shows monthly. Check our events listing for more information.
  9. Do you trade?
Yes! It is in our name so we do trade! We are looking for very specific items to help our customers complete their collections and to fill our own personal collections. If you wish to trade please email us to get things going. We do most trades in person at shows in the Northeastern U.S., but we can arrange for a trade through the mail. Please note that we will not ship first. We must receive the trade before we will ship out.
  10. What condition are your cards in?
Most of the cards are in NRMT-MT condition unless otherwise noted. We are always happy to take additional photos of a card that you are interested in buying before you make your purchase.
