Did you pick up one of our “Michael Jarden” MJ parody cards at a recent show?

How much do you know about Jordan’s Rookie card, and how many errors did you count on our special spoof parody card?

THE 12 INTENTIONAL PARODY CARD ISSUES:
1) Michael Jordan’s name is spelled wrong on the bottom of the card. This card reads “JARDEN” instead of “JORDAN”
2) Jordan’s original card said that his position was “GUARD-FORWARD” not “POINT GUARD”
3) The bottom of the card says “BULS” instead of “BULLS”

4) The card company logo on the top right of the card reads “FLARE” when it should read “FLEER”
5) Below the card company logo it should read “PREMIER” but we’ve added an extra “E” making it “PREMIERE”

6) Dennis Rodman was not on the original card, he wasn’t even in the NBA yet!

7) Michael Jordan was wearing a red Bulls jersey in the original that said “Chicago”. His Jersey along with other jerseys in this card have been made white.
8) The white jerseys being worn say “BULS” instead of “BULLS”. Additionally the design of these particular white jerseys wasn’t introduced for a few years after the original version of this card was released.

9) And of course the NBATRADER banner in the stands wasn’t on the original.

AND THE LESS OBVIOUS DIFFERENCES:
10) The Basketball hoop’s rim is yellow. It is red on Jordan’s  original card.

11) The blue stripes on the left and right of the card have been made much darker on this card than they were on the original.
12) The bottom text area’s blue is has more green on the original, making it less baby blue and more turquoise.
